Child Initial Visit (Under 18)
Description
*Please note that I am not currently treating children under 2 years old.* Initial assessment and treatment. For new patients only. We will review your health history, followed by a thorough assessment and treatment. Treatment time is approximately 30-45 minutes but may vary depending on your specific needs. Please fill out the intake form and consent, and wear comfortable clothing (i.e. workout clothes).
